sending files to engage print

Please refer to the following information for our mechanical requirements, policies and contact information when you need to send files to us. We work primarily in a Mac platform but can accept PC files. Please contact our pre-press department at 507-645-4421 or 800-310-4621 if you have any questions about the information provided.

FTP:
Contact your sales rep or our office and user login information will be provided to you. Files can be sent to us via FTP using Fetch for the Mac, Windows Explorer browser or WS_FTP software for PC.

Please email the name of the file(s) to be uploaded via FTP to prepress@engageprint.com. Also, remember to attach an FPO PDF of the file and/or fax a hard copy to 507-645-4423.

CD or DVD: Mac or PC Formatted
All disks should be labeled with the following:
  • Company name
  • Contact person (for returning disk)
  • Complete address
  • Phone number and/or email for questions
  • Please provide a hard copy or FPO PDF of your file.

E-MAIL
We can accept email attachments up to 20 mb. Please compress your files using Stuffit or .Zip before emailing and include the following information:
  • Company name
  • Contact person (for questions about the files provided)
  • Project reference
  • Telephone and/or email for questions
